  • where the time Burushaskis in Pakistan since immigrated there were no Slavs in this area... and haven nothing from Slav Language (Makedonian).. this language have many similar words such as today's Albanian the descendants of the Illyrians..

  • Iranians, Slavs and hindu-pakistanians! Brothers! We must be unit to rebuff the european nationalism! Greeks live as a gipsy and their crisis is a punishment for nationalism and depravity! Yes! Take it for your fucking grees ass!

  • Greeks - go down!!! Fuck you! Burushaski - not greeks!!!

  • This is the beautiful song from arian country - Pakistan. Slavs, iranians, (burushaski???), hindu-pakistanians - are the brothers - we are the arians, we are the best!!!

  • interesting time signature

  • great. but humare udar ladies nai dance karte.

  • great

  • i think we hunzukutz are neandrathal descendents. I have alot of body hair, and short bones to prove the case, not to mention my round stumpy nose.

  • unar bay golay unar bay golay....

  • In basque buru means head and saski basket, basket-head, and all of them wear somethiing like a basket on the top...

  • gr8 video........and gul on 1:17 iz miracle on world....

  • We should build a large damm at Chalt and make the whole Hunza/gujal/nagar into a large motherf---ing lack, make electricity for the whole world. I am fed up with fake hunza bravado, although i am hunzukutz. the language is ok not the best or sweatest as our people claim. Learn some others and you would realize that.

  • actually the fact that you all are called macedonians ('cause of the area you live in) doesn't make ancient macedonians slavic. Plus bulgars weren't even indo-european, they were caucasoid turkic people who spoke turkic language. Modern volga bulgars (misnamed "tatars") are real bulgars. Don't be in denial and be proud in your slavicism, culture or whatever else. Leave bulgars, macedonians (greeks) and burusho to themselves. And stop being so aggrsv, no one wishes you any ill or harm.

  • oh crap these slavic bulgarian guys are a real headache. FOR PEOPLE-IN-DENIAL HERE: THESE PEOPLE SPEAK ISOLATE LANGUAGE RELATED TO TIBETO-BURMAN LANGUAGES, WHICH ARE GROUPED IN SINO-CAUCASIAN FAMILY BY SOME. IT'S DISTANT RELATIVES ARE TIBETAN AND PROBABLY CAUCASIAN LANGUAGES. IT HAS LITTLE RELATIONSHIP WITH INDO-EUROPEAN LANGUAGES, ONLY LOANWORDS FROM URDU, SANSKRIT, WAKHI, ETC. THERE IS NOTHING SLAVIC HERE.

  • Hey suckers, why are you comparing this to Macedonia? Are you dumb?

  • the video is great. good natural views n a rich culture. really mind blowing.

    i love it very much.

  • Long time ago almost 400 years or so the Areas in the picture were old Kalash areas ,This is one of the best Film I have seen About Kalash and the people of the area oF Chitral Nager Hunza in this small region more then 10 ancient Languages are spoken and the Anthropologists are Puzzled Mr george From Norway wrote in 1935 or so the area has no parelell to other areas in the whole World such richness in culture and so strong in History .Wonderful song good editing and great PICTURES of the area

  • The flowers and fauna are exactly like that in Macedonia.

Their buildings seem to be built like older macedonian houses. I can name a few macedonian villages that have the same architectural construction work!

Their hats! Typical macedonian patterns on them!

And that music, with the flute and the drums hitting...

    Greetings long lost cousins!

  • Une kisha pas qef me dit se a mos këta besa knojn kong burrash, se i thojn kalas të maruar nga balti Baltit rakaposhti në shqip po i bjen se ra kah posht, shume fjal me tonat.

  • This is NOT Macedonian you liars this language is NOT related to macedonian. This lnguage is an ISOLATE. it's not indo-european.

Stop stealing other people's identity. These are NOT Greeks or Macedonians

  • PakistanForever99 u are welcome to visit macedonia and to see whit your own eyes the arhitecture of houses and costumes of the ppl there and in macedonia , also to hear haw macedonian language sound - if u understend burushaski then u will find a lot of similar words whit makedonski language ( we macedonians call our language makedonSKI - adding SKI on burushaSKI is just coincident ????)

  • the Hunz apeople call their language BURUSHO

Linguistis classify Maceodnian as Indo-European and Burusho as ISOLATE ar ethey wrong in syaing that? You realise Urdu being Indo-European has more in common with macedonain than Hunza does.

I'd liek to visit Maceodnia thanks for invite but just to see not because Hunza and macedonian is 'similar' LOL :D

  • hi there, just I want to tell I think you guys are of albanian origin. Just few words hundza in albanian language is hunda, nose in english, another one is in albanian burr is a man, burrash means in albanian brave. Also I want to point out the way you dress, dance, features of your faces, the way you build your houses. Also in old albanian culture we had 12 goods

  • albanian is indo-european burusho is not indo-european and the DNA of hunza is proven to be non-european

  • @Trimi58

I am sure, that some inhabitants of northern Pakistan and Kashmir are related to Albanians. Once, I have read a book of a German, H. Kersten. There was an original Quote of an old Kashmiri King. Since that I dont forget: "Ai, i ci Nom e Jus O Asaf". Old Alb. would be: "Aj, i Cillit Emen (latin nomen) e Jus o Asaf" (He, whose name is Jus or Asaf). The book was about a theory, concerning Jesus or Isa, but the langue surprised me a lot. Links of Albanian to old Persia are obvious....

  • Dude, are you sure it's Burushaski? Cause Burushaski is indeed an isolate, but I think I heard something like "main aashiq", so it sounds like Hindi, Urdu and stuff... Or is it just me?...

  • @kloratis That could be a loanword

  • @kloratis Use your brain for a second. Burushaski naturally has a ton of loan words from neighbouring, more dominant languages like Urdu, Persian, Pashto, Turkic languages and to a lesser extent Hindi and Sanskrit.

Isolated, minority languages will typically absorb great amounts of their host nation's vocabulary and morphology.

  • @omglollmao123 well, you're right... for intstace the Basque language (Euskera) has a lot of Spanish words

  • This is NOT Macedonian you liars this language is NOT related to macedonian. This lnguage is an ISOLATE. it's not indo-european.

Stop stealing other people's identity. These are NOT Greeks or Macedonians

  • Some experts say their language belong to sino-tibetan family and according to the y-snp research their core y-snp is also the same with the others in sino-tibetan family. but are they yellow? I wonder....

  • they have some chinese DNA influence. But the sin-caucasain theory is just theory. Experts proposed relating their language to caucasian languages & Sino-Tibetian. But they are mostly caucasian with some sino-tibetian genetic influence

  • I agreed, they look even more like white than yellow

  • i can't explain to my self why tears come into my eyes when i look this video, just like that. bravo for our cousins macedonians.

  • yaaliamdad to allll.....

what a song by shahid bhai love to listen it.....

  • I would LOVE to come and visit my brothers Kalashi and Hunza, someday

  • I'm hearing a Macedonian song! NOT "greek"

  • O M G! This is a wedding! We have the same custom in my country, (the girl is slapping the boy) We love you Hunza and Kalashi, from Republic of Macedonia

  • can you write here this song in original text, with latin letters ok ;) thnx!

  • For all the poets in Karakorum,

Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you have imagined." versifier wasn't a man of empty words either; his/her actions in life show us that he/she most likely meant what he/she said. When Human did not agree with something, he/she spoke out, even,

Here poets would come out with societal issues and express their will of truth and wisdom in existing political circumstances of Karakorum.
