Patience and driven interest you can get pretty far. Generally does not require programming knowledge but having will give you a head start.

Why not try to check out shrinemaiden dot (org) and then the Rika section? You can find tutorials and howto to experiment.

You mean the song during the dialogue or during the battle? During the dialogue is the non-vocal Power Rangers theme and during battle is a track from Ys VI: The Ark of Napishtim OST "Ernst"

Don't know yet. It needs cleanup plus perhaps disableing Marisa as she has no dialogue. (Same goes for my Suwako and Kogasa boss)
