@MacGaMeRS When you know the registration of the aircraft you can find out all this information from a website called airframes(dot)org where (dot) = .
@justtakeiteasy You're a glutton for punishment. At least you're doing those on Emirates and BA a favour though. What do you do if you want to go to Dubai - take a boat?
@justtakeiteasy You must either want your brains testing or have a death wish - probably both. Ryanair is the pits in every respect. Get up in the air more.
This comes over my house every day at about 9.10pm it's engines have a lovely sound one that is welcome lol same can not be said for the prop planes that come over haha
Would the pilots be the same on this flight as they would on the earlier one? And do you spend the whole day at the airport ot capture these amazing videos?
@1995Elizabethxx I'm not sure about the pilots. I would think they would be a different crew on the return flight but can't be 100%. It's around a 7 hour flight from Dubai, including stopover your looking at 16 hour round trip approx which may be a bit long.
I usually stay at the airport from around 7.30/8.00 - 15.00 (Manchester). At Heathrow we travel overnight staying there from 4.00 - 15.00. There are some variations to the times though (",).
@mcpcshowcaseHD All the same people in the pinic area as when the plane landed! Is this what goes for "family entertainment" in the north-west? If you think pilots do a 16 hour stretch, think again. The incoming crew are all holed-up at the MA Best Western.
@rooftopjump If people enjoy watching planes, they enjoy watching planes. This location is also a bar and serves food, so its probably the best beer garden in the world if you like planes. Also, if you look at my comment I never said pilots do a 16 hour stretch. I clearly state that I believe it would be a different crew and that 16 hours is a bit long.
@mcpcshowcaseHD this isnt a bar serving food , this is the aviation viewing park . The Airport hotel is close to the threshold of runway 23 , this ishalfway down the runway next to the engine test bay
Surely, what the whole business is all about, is transporting people and their luggage to where they want to go to. They failed to do this with my luggage.
As for up to date fleet, who cares? I was on an Emirates 777 last weekend from Ahmedabad and it was brand new, but they still ran out of non veg meals and I was left with vegan. How is that better customer service?
Comfortable seats? yes very, but thats down to Boeing, not Emirates.
Like I said, Singapore airlines are considerably better.
Actually, the seats are probably nothing to do with Boeing. Many airlines design their own seats which are then made by other manufacturers. Hence the big mess now over the Japanese company forging safety documents for new seats intended for many airlines including Thai, Continental and more.
I didn't say they were perdect i just said acceptional. Singapore is ok but think of the workers singapore only hires its own kind while i have been Singapore first class and i waited 2 hours for my stake While i waited 5 mins for my stake in Emirates first class.
@ justtakeiteasy .......... man ur joking i ve flown with emirates and never seen such an airline like it ,, they are the best and have the best fleet in the world they have like 50 boeing 777 and also they have many awards go check skytrax and u will never see rayanair
ofcourse because of the low price, but ryanair is also a budget airline :) The service of emirates is much better. (If someting goes wrong at ryanair, you'll have a problem :P)
This was filmed at the Aviation Viewing Park. Manchester Airport has several great spotting locations. We just need those sort of spotting locations at Heathrow.
Thanks. If you check out my playlists and look out for the one entitled Aborted / Emergency Landing / Take Off you'll see a Boeing 777-300ER operated by Air Canada abort a landing at Heathrow Airport. It's GE-90 engines roar as it climbs right overhead. Amazing!
i love the wingflexes on boeing airplanes, airbus only have winglets.

Well Emirates has better costumer survace Which is basicly what the whole buisness is all about and most comfortable and most up to date fleet.
