no dude u don't need really much skills to do that lvl, im 15 and im done it twice, hehe the second time i did it for me freind. but when i tried on my xbox360 i did try that for like 4 hour before i made it, its funny i came to the man one time and shoot him and not the enemie, i just got mad at hell. but keep try and remeber where the enimes is. its all u need to do

seems to be that there is no real tactic. All the Videos are just finished by luck. You can try the mission once and all enemies are hitted by the flashlight and you may come through to the end easily. Than you play it a second time and their not flashed and you die plus their moving different all over the time. Dont get stuck or loose nervs on this mission, just a stupid one..

took me an hour and a half, but just completed it on veteran. i did the whole game in the course of about 2 and half days, this ranks up there as one the hard bits, alongside the sniper shootout by the ferris wheel. a brilliant game, this was the cherry on top of the cake.
