@DChatc Forget the russian rocket boots, they require fuel. wikipedia: "are powered by small internal combustion engines that add energy to every step." Spring stilts such as Power Strider or Powerisers require no fuel and out preform the rocket boots by a wide margin.
They were based off stilts created for Underworld Evolution, but the stilts themselves are for an Arbiter (the alien in the silver armor from Halo) costume, cause Sangheili are so much cooler than werewolves.
That's okay, thanks for your interest. There is a video or two floating around out there, but not one specifically of the arbiter. I have the raw footage shot by my friend Adam, but I don't currently have any means to edit it down for YouTube.
