i dont know why girls say that catching in a womans stick is hard. i play mixed and all you need to do is cushion the ball a little more. cos the pass is never going to be hard and fast like you would expect in mens. after only a few weeks im just as good catching on both hands as with my mens stick. passing is fine too. so is shooting.

I like girls lacrosse. But the rules are not easy to understand when you played all your life only boys lacrosse. There is - in fact - the big problem of lacrosse. For newbies the rules just too complicated.

yes, i can personaly say that my coach had us do this drill and within the first round of passes (15-20) your weak hand is by far better.
