If the other rig were going fast enough, or even better - not in the fast lane, passing on the right wouldn't be necessary. I'm guessing this is stateside?
some rigs are governed (speed limited) fast 75+ mph), some are governed slow (57 mph)
the trucker has every right to pass me as the car driver does, but i dont see the trucker driving recklessly (until he was cut-off and was forced to tailgate)
passing on the right is ILLEGAL because it can get you killed
i said in my comments where this video was recorded. it's CA, so, yes, it is stateside
