man i remember going to this mall in the late 90's and it was full of life.The arcade was my favorite part since i was 5 years old.Also loved the Pretzel place right next to it! The F.Y.E was packed with ppl and they had a shit load of wrestling stuff.But it slowly got bad and sad and lonely...i won't go to it now but i wish they would remodel it maybe it can be brought back to life.Sharpstown even if it "ghetto" still carries many memories of my childhood shopping! :D

Well I don't know about back then but to me Sharpstown mall was a fairly good mall back then when I was younger back in the 90's but around 2002 or 2003, It seemed to have gotten worst In my opinion. I prefer to go to Memorial City Mall, The Galleria, and West Oaks Mall. Sharpstown mall is not a mall I recommend.

The only good thing to do with the property is total demolition to build a gated residential community. The location is great compared to Sugarland/Ft. Bend county.
I worked there for several years, and what has happened over the years is truly sad. I agree, the best thing is probably for it to be leveled. But no matter what, it will always remain a major chapter in my heart.
