how do you know when u r ovulating?

you can track ovulation by charting ur BBT (basal body temperature) every day, the first part of your cycle should show lower temps, then after ovulation your temp will increase and stay elevated for the rest of your cycle. you can also buy ovulation test strips, start testing when you get watery or eggwhite cervical mucus around the middle of your cycle if u have a regualar cycle. hope this helps!

oh tru I didnt wanna go on that coz of the side affects and the unnatural chemicals, and also i want my body to be able to ovulate by itself so it can in the future aswell (I want lots of babies!), i dont wanna have to rely on a drug for the rest of my life, and ill probly never go back to the pill either. I think im almost ovulating now tho so hopefully it will happen soon! :)

This happened to me and my doctor put me on Clomid to get my periods started cause my ovarie where lazy..lol

I'am now back on the pill after having my baby..lol

Emma, i must have been lucky or unlucky,my wife Elise was on the pill for 16years, then we agreed to start a family, she went off the pill we had sex, she fell pregnant... i couldn't believe it..  Ray

yeah some people are more fertile as soon as they come off it but i guess i just did not respond well to the pill

Oh yeah i hear it maybe its my camera :S oh well im getting a new one soon! Acupuncture is meant to heal your body using special points that relate to other parts of the body, it interactes with your bodys energy and is suppose to heal in a holistic way, its had heaps of success with fertility and regulating cycles so i hope it works for me! Funny bout the gas station tho!

There is this annoying sound coming from ur video.I thought it was some where in my home, then realized the high pitch noise was from ur video. lol What is that???? How is acupuncture supposed 2 help? I've never heard of that b4, rather interesting. haha ur story sounds just like a dentist story of mine. Nice website, & when I found the place they had remodeled a gas station, I was like oh hell no I am not have my teeth worked on in a gas station.
