well I'm Malaysian and i think the apparent differences in both economy gap is because of the working culture. Ur country are small. Indeed. You put your ego at the top into your working culture. U wanted to prove ur capabilities and voila, U've made it. Malaysia in the other hand, just rely on the leaders to do changes. We politicize EVERYTHING. hmm.. anyway I love my country no doubt.
It was indifferent between M'sia and S'pore when S'pore was just independent from M'sia. But somehow, a big economic gap has been created between M'sia/S'pore. Who caused it?? Government?? The answer is quite apparent, we may ask any Malaysian, we all know the answer!
I think the early pics of KL were taken in the Batu Road?Chow Kit Road area near where I lived. There was a Sunday Market. Such nostalgia!
