Does anyone know which tournament this is from? It seems like there are a lot of really amazing clips from this same tournament in lots of different youtube videos. Judging by the crowd and the variety of the competitors, I think it might be some kind of invitational tournament in Japan that took place in the 90s. If you have any info on this tournament I'd really appreciate it!
@koric64 This is one of the tournaments held yearly-basis during 2001-2006 in Japan under the name of "International table tennis festival - super circuit." In these tournaments, usually about a dozen or more top players (plus Japanese top players) were invited from all over the world. The winner of each tournament received a prize of 5 million yen.
