WA Police speeding through Kings Park 2nd August 2011

Put your skills to better use mate. All this vid shows is that a police car is going a bit faster than your car. It doesn't show the police car's speed. You are using GPS to show the speed, not accurate, thats why police use Laser guns... To get a proper speed on someone by tailing them police have to use their speedometer for a set distance behind someone and their speedometer has to be calibrated with a laser gun every so often and the log book in the car filed out. Your GPS proves nothing

1:05 both the truck and the police vehicle make it around the bus without breaking the continuous white line. you at 1:08 appear to have crossed the continuous white line with both wheels as you're car was centered to it...and there was a vehicle coming the opposite way... thats $100 bucks mate!

I've had a break in to my car before. No one came to investigate, but I was asked to fill out stupid paper work. I didn't hear anything since. I've also been rear ended once at lights, hit and run, but caught the guy's rego details. They wouldn't give me nor my insurance company the owner's identity in order to recover damages. Haven't heard anything since. Trust me mate, never got much use out of them, they're clearly too busy raising revenue instead of fighting real crime.

Obviously being an authority on the WA Police you were fully aware of the circumstances of the driving of the police vehicle? Were they perhaps responding to a call for back up, responding to an armed hold up or something similar? The status of the warning devices on the vehicle is not always indicative of the urgency with which police respond to something.

No, not aware of what the circumstances were. If it was seriously a call for back up, or armed robbery, do you honestly believe they would be going so slow with no emergency lights on? Most likely it was just a patrol.
