there are already tutorials for this, all you do is wait for the timer to get to 2 secs pause, go to online challenge maps, off the lot or something like that, and when its loading press the PS button, or what ever the center button is on 360.
@pspfan2468 but on the xbox, you have to have xbox live gold, while the majority of people only have silver, like me. This is a different way which you can do instantly, instead of waiting 20 minutes.
