The rules of court stated that the senator judges have 2 minutes to question witnesses. Vidal is a lawyer herself. She knows what subpoena means. She confirmed w/ Drilon she has all SALNs. If you noticed, Cuevas jumped and objected because Vidal is way off her scripted drama when Drilon asked her questions. You're all fools if you believe she will just take the SALNs without SC permission. Marquez confirmed Corona allowed release of SALNs. It's all drama, scripted and good acting Vidal!

right to clarify, yes. but the right to elicit information that the prosecution could not do on its own, no. There are rules to be followed, rules that are meant to provide at least a veneer of impartiality to the entire proceedings. Wag garapal, in short. He can coach the prosecution team privately but to do so during the impeachment proceedings is UNGENTLEMANLY, no matter his motives or principles. Parang basketball lang yan, dapat hindi sumali ang referee sa laro.

These senator judges have the rights to clarify some things. They can't just sit there and read minds. It is unfortunate that Tatad interpreted Drilon's as partiality. Just cool it! It's only day 4 geez.
