About the musicians - they have exposed themselves to the commentary they're getting. There are PLENTY of great musicians who lead private lives. Perhaps they do the same things as Winehouse and the others, but they're not in the streets, falling down or hitting people, or posting it here, *themselves!* They can do whatever they want, but can't expect privacy when they do it in this way.
When I admit it, I hope they live because I want more of their music. Period.
