I was just watching Paris is Burning on DVD yesterday, just for the hell of it, and to hear this. I'm shocked! That's weird if you ask me, but may he RIP. He could vogue his ass off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. God bless him. I don't pretend to know him, but I was introduced (as a fan) to Willi one night at Limelight around '91. He was gracious, down-to-earth, and very sweet to me. This grace, coupled with his amazing talent and positive message, always made him tops in my book. Be well.

One thing you expressed to me was when you were gone you wanted people to not remember your face but your Legacy, well now the funeral is over, the world has began to move to the beat of its own drum... I dont know where to begin. Man I miss you like crazy. I miss the millions of pep talks when I didnt know what to do with Lourdes. I miss the many times when you would come to GA and crash at my home. You meant the world to me, and I guess I never envisioned it without you.

I remember watching Willi dance in the clubs in the mid to late 80s and just learned of his passing over. This is a wonderful and beautiful tribute. Willi is surely looking down on us all smiling!
