It's a Honda ZB 50 (I think its a 1988) it has been fitted with a 125cc engine with manual 5 speed transmission.

the ct70s are such great bikes. i learned to ride on one back in the '80s. i can't imagine riding one with a 140cc engine, but it surprises me none that they're still around. they were so well-built.
