@briannatareva I did the big chop instead (more like the huge shave!) I wanted to truly start from scratch. Go down to the source. Heal my scalp from years of perming it and get a fresh start. The vitamin down low ladies: vitamin D, vitamin E, Biotin (must have), calcium and omega 3's. And note TAKE THESE WITH FOOD ALWAYS AND WATER IF YOU DON'T THE VITAMINS WILL NOT ABSORB AND A CLUE TO NON-ABSORPTION IS VITAMIN URINE (BRIGHT NEON GREEN URINE THAT SMELLS LIKE VITAMINS ). Its good to have healthy hair, however I feel long hair is overrated. You can do more styles with medium length hair. Most of the time women with long hair wear it out, in a ponytail, or an updo.

I wanted to ask u what kind of weave did u get. full sew in or partial n what hair did u use. im trying 2 grow my naturally curly hair n without damaging n im not really sure what kinda weave is the best.i hate wigs. but i made a ponytail for when im on the go. its simple but elegant and i hate those u cap weaves. that spandex cap to me is like wearing a wig,and its to hot on my head. the only other options r cornrows or net. which weave did u use!
