Haha you have to test drive it for the freshly painted grill. I wouldn't like having a 5 speed and not knowing what your RPM's are though. I like your truck. I saw your post for the Youtube channel on TRS.
@getrdone52 I go out on a test drive after I do anything to it... hahaha. I just love driving. And yes I do miss having a tach. :( I had a factory tach in there for a couple weeks but the check engine light came on as the check suspension light so it would not pass inspection. Now I'm just thinking about getting a BD Watch Dog and I can monitor my engine's performance (or lack thereof :p) in a nice little screen.
@96DeLoneRanger I'm the same way dude haha. I get excited putting an air freshener in my truck just cuz I have an excuse to drive it around. That sounds like a good idea. What else are you gunna do with your truck?
@getrdone52 Not anything big until I get out of college, which I still need to save up for. :p I have some fog lights waiting, I need to fix my odometer, and I have two 10"s that are on the way. But that will be it for a while. Until then DeLone will get there every time I need her to. :D
I've shown you ghetto/redneck ways to mount a camera before:p Sill can't believe that was the stock exhaust, And hey, the Yaris still has some Pheobe soul in there.
So the intake is modified-- does that add to the noise? It still sounds pretty growly.
@hduncan2587 More like the camera has a crappy mic haha. I would of kept the camera on the dash if i wasn't so lazy as to getting the duct tape out of the tool box :P. I just did not care about how the video was shot, just that the fact that it did get shot was good enough for me.
And the intake sounds about the same. There's a little bit of a whir if you roll down the window but that's it. It is nowhere near as loud as it seems in the video. I've never heard DeLone growl like that before...
