OMG!!! Thanks for telling me that. I always thought they were racist. they allow people to have kkk events and none of the features on the characters are very friendly to the black demographic. there are 4 shades of white skin and nothing but white hair but one shade of black and no black hair to choose from etc. PLus there a re child predators in the events too!!! Zynga sucks balls.

Their games eat up memory. In-game errors everytime you play. 6 months without continuation of a game "Pirates". Lost exp with no resolution. Tech support is a joke if you have a problem. Another N. California tech company run by the cast of "Revenge of the Nerds". At least hire Booger for some entertainment value. I hear they want to go public...I'd invest in solar powered flashlights first.

@knix200129 they're customer support, broski, they don't FIX problems that aren't fixed by devs, they just work on what they have.

Based on statistical studies ran per Zynga request, it seems as they're going through rough times, specially with Mafia Wars.

And also, player moderators are the rejects of customer support in Zynga, thus rumors say the WORST place to get help is from the forums. Jus to go live chat, they're actually quite better
