hello. my name is Raheem and I used to dance with the Slap bracelets. Slaps never "stole" choreo from another group thats childish for anyone to state that. Slaps has been around since kham was 16 if they were "biters" it would of been established not after they won first place at prelude @dancelife44. I never seen noo choreographer, goo home and not do their homework in order to get his group very for competition. if I had a chance with slaps again i wouldn't even think twice.
@dancelige441 by you going at the sun drop commercial thats pointless, skits in mixes are used frequently so thats irrelevant. Also if a "choreographer" choreographed for a team, its not considered stolen...
Idk why your explaining yourself regardless of what you say kham they are going to believe otherwise... we know we did not steal their mix... no one was at our rehearsals but us so idk why you feel the need to explain yourself or apologize because its unnecessary... and honestly people can nit pick at little movements all you want but those 5-7 movements did not make up our entire mix and in the end we won and deserved to win thats the long and the short of it
damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn coming from someone who lives watching dance vids ya performed well but def took soo many moves and songs and similar musicality from west coast crews like GRV definitely. So sad. Looks bad that they won.
#EXPOSED seriously, who ever choreographed this should be fully aware of how difficult it is to creating brand new ideas. Its one thing to look at another's work for inspiration, but to just clearly steal choreography and ideas! Its just not right! Im extremely disappointed in this decision, i'd expect a first place winner to be original, and win with dignity. Shame on you! You could have at least cited your source!
@TheeSlapBracelets i'm not questioning the integrity of your team as a whole, but there are certain pieces within this mix that are more than just inspired by pieces of the same song from the GRV Body Rock mix. Please question the choreographers of those pieces before you unconditionally defend your team, as they represent the image of your team. Also, whether or not the judges come from "great background(s)" do not justify anything.

1. (0.4 sec) the head in "bet I work"
2. (0.33 sec) transition and movement
3. (0.59 sec) the song choice and whine
4. (3.22 sec) the run in get outta yo mind
5. (2.33 sec) you stole the vaginal swipe
6. (2.56 sec) the split that the girl did in the set
7. the fact that there are three songs that are exactly the same? seriously smh
