1:23 u can get by simply jumping on those bricks i no that they are dissapering ones but it takes skill to do it a good way to practice is by staying on the bottom and jump up everyone

Besides missile pack 1 in maridia, the missile pack in the bee tube in brinstar, and the etank in the basement, these are all pretty simple to find with the scope. Show how to get the missle pack im maridia that you need the shinespark to get.

Also, it is possible to make it through in less than 2 hours with 100%, I did it years ago, plenty of times, it is very possible and very easy to break the sequence in which you get items in this game by using Samus special moves like wall jumping, but I never knew about the last secret at the end, 8:22, nice find on that one!

The one at 2:52 was the one I had the most difficult finding, but you are doing it the hard way, hope on that big turtle's back and it you can just ride it right up to the spot where the hidden missiles are at!

They count towards the games 100% completion. there in other games as well like fusion as easter eggs.
