Can someone please explain to me how the egyptian myth of osyris which was around two to three thousand years before jesus was invented, matches up sooo perfectly with the idea of jesus? Osyris was born of a virgin, had 12 deciples, betrayed by one of them, rose on the 3rd day.... there are also several other religions following this idea, and they were at least a couple hundred years before......I mean seriously, today we would call that copy and paste. I went to a christian camp to strengthen my friendship with Christ. and at one of the last days at cam, they did a reenactment of the Crucifixion. After that, we were lead to a room were you could pray with the staff members, and at the same time this song would be playing. A friend and I went together to pray with one of the staff members and in the middle of the prayer we (my friend and I) both burst into tears. The camp gave me an incredible experiance, and I reccomend you go to it.

so true.....everyone should praise the lord....but when i went to church today...the youth pastor said this "god made satan and put him on earth and also put people on earth so that man and woman will have a free choice of what religion they want to be" well not exactly that but still something like it

1) The bible clearly states that all things were created by God.
2) The bible likewise specifically states that Lucifer was created, just as were all the angelic hosts of cheribim and seraphim.
3) After Lucifer rebelled against God, he was removed from heaven and cast to earth; God created the Lake of Fire as an eternal place of punishment for Lucifer, whom God now calls "Satan" (adversary).
4) Like angels, God did create man and gave man a free will, a choice. Love enough to obey or sin.

I went to a christian camp to strengthen my friendship with Christ. and at one of the last days at cam, they did a reenactment of the Crucifixion. After that, we were lead to a room were you could pray with the staff members, and at the same time this song would be playing. A friend and I went together to pray with one of the staff members and in the middle of the prayer we (my friend and I) both burst into tears. The camp gave me an incredible experiance, and I reccomend you go to it.

FYI - the lyrics aren't right. It's, "Yes living, dying let me bring." Not, "breathe". It's meant to rhyme with the other phrases in the verse.
