I figure that Earth as we know it could be seen as a realm between Heaven & Hell, where Good & Evil forces both have power. I imagine that the forms of consciousness which delineate an order of good in this world may collectively be the influence of what you could call a loving Good God. The opposing order of darkness could then come from a separate hateful Evil God. They may engage in war over this creation.

@Woreyel Don't you find it odd that his "gift" of eternal salvation is almost inaccessible in places like Tibet or east Africa because they simply don't have access to the materials necessary for christian worship? Countless Christians friends of mine were born into non-christian and atheistic families, In fact there are parts of Africa that are MORE Christian than many parts of Australia which is where I come from. @Woreyel That's an reasonably moderate point of view, the problem I find with this video is that it asserts that even good people deserve an eternity of torment, and can be exempt from this infinite punishment simply by accepting a "gift" that many people might live and die having not known about. My question to you is, if you agree with this video, why is an ultimatum such as "Jesus is the ONLY way to get into heaven" necessary if you can be saved otherwise?
@Driscotus You are falling into the trap that millions of other people have done before, by calling yourself "good". Good by who's standard of goodness though? In the eyes of God no one is God enough to inherit the kingdom of heaven, and that is why we ALL need Jesus, because he never sinned. Everyone is saved only through Jesus, but not by ONLY reading the bible. How does that work? I do not know, but I know it must other wise, God wouldn't be a fair judge.

Why would God provide eternal torture as a punishment if saving you from it is part of his divine plan? "I do not know, but it must be" is too weak to justify an illogical conception of god. There are many things in science that we don't know about.. how things work, but they do, and we just accept them, and I know you would have no problem with that would you. @Woreyel Does the bible say that God will offer Jesus to everyone, everywhere, somehow? That's a justification you had to have made yourself, and dissents from popular Christianity. The well accepted reality, supported by evidence, is that not everyone is going to be given the option of accepting Christ. People die everyday under the faith of Buddhism or Hinduism and there is absolutely no evidence that they were given any compulsion to accept Jesus.

There is this huge magical invisible allknowing space daddy who has existed since the beginning of time and then suddenly and for no reason decided to create a universe and fill it with billions of stars for no reason and made sure that we will be the result of evolution for no reason so that we can worship him because he has this major lack of self confidence. But because he did not love us enough to simply forgive us for being not perfect although he created us and always knew that we wouldn t be perfect, he sent him self as his own son on earth and contradicted everything he said in the old testament. @MetaphorInVain I'm not going to argue much, but for an atheist, life is the end. If you were to murder, chances are you would either get a life sentence or in some states death penalty. Other words you would be punished to the end, but because their is no end for Christians or God, the sentence lasts for the "non-existent end" or eternity. @MetaphorInVain That is like saying, it is unjust for a court judge to sentence a man to prison, for 5 years when it only took them perhaps a few seconds to murder someone. And yet God is at an infinite higher authority than any court judge. But his system is the same, you DO the punishment for much longer than it takes you to do the crime. Whats more, if live till 80, you will have sinned hundreds of thousands of times, and you will have to give an account for every single sin on judgment day.

If one murders one person, or a thousand persons, that person is still sentenced for eternity. Which means the "justice" does not take into account the severity of crimes, and can therefore not be called just.

In the eyes of God no one is God enough to inherit the kingdom of heaven, and that is why we ALL need Jesus, because he never sinned. Other words you would be punished to the end, but because their is no end for Christians or God, the sentence lasts for the "non-existent end" or eternity. If one murders one person, or a thousand persons, that person is still sentenced for eternity. You are your "own judge and jury" in life, that reaps it's own earthly accurate verdict, each and everyday!
The definition of Heaven and Hell, is carried within ourselves by the way we act and think towards others, once you start to realise this, you'll then finally become free of your own self created miseries in life.

@Zammy7140 Do you have any idea how relative your speaking? If it were a pedophile reading this, they would think, "well no need to stop fiddling with kiddies!" because to THEM, that's what is right. I can bet you 1 million dollars that you could not live your life consistently by what you have said. If you did, you would be breaking the law constantly, if you REALLY were your "own judge". If the meaning of life is relative, it has no true meaning at all, and so you might as well kill yourself.

@SomedaysDreamersBC I might ask, who are you to judge the law giver? Do you not understand what the video is telling you one bit when you watched it? God knows that no one is good enough to keep his commands, so THAT'S why he sent his son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. Make sense?? No one is able to keep all of Gods commands because we are all sinners. Yes make sense? So that's why (I say it again) Jesus came to earth to die on the cross in place of us. He took the penalty we deserved.

@Woreyel We deserve what the character "Jesus" endured? WHO DESERVES THAT!? I can't think of one person. So Yahweh sent his son...which is actually Yahweh himself...to die on a cross, so that humanity wouldn't sin anymore... but it was all just a waste of time because you claim that all we do is sin...
