  • This is so much like me and yes, it can be done!

  • yay for montreal canada :D <3

  • I'm 34, live in Vancouver and also don't drive. Cheers!

  • what about bulk barn's? are their nuts and seeds bad as well?

  • You are a lot like me! I am 44 and do not drive. But since I live near transportation and like to bike, I believe that it's a superior form of exercise.

  • what else is there to do with pulp if you don't have a dehydrator?

  • Thanks for this video. I stopped driving over a year ago so I walk to the store too. Getting out in the fresh air and sunshine is really important to me (I was actually happy instead of depressed this winter! LOL). I don't live in a big city so there are fewer stores and less variety, but there is a grocery store 15 minutes away. I go about every other day. I love the lifestyle! I'm almost afraid to get a car because I don't want to get lazy.

  • OH my gosh, you live in a COLD country... have you ever thought of moving to California? so many raw food lovers in that state....LOL... you are sooo right about getting out into the fresh air. It does help my stress. I would LOVE to be able to go food shopping every day, getting fresh food. I dont drive either BUT I live in the suburbs... and the closest store is 15 mins away by car. LOVE your videos.

  • about how much do you spend everyday?

  • $10

  • Always love your videos! Does sauerkraut from a jar have the health benefits or do you have to make your own?

  • its fine as long as there are no additives, chemicals, sugar or weird ingredients!! Make sure it's organic and not pasteurized

  • @4evasugarfree You should make your own. It's sooo easy and so much cheaper than buying some in a jar.

  • I am doing really well not overbuying.

Don't feel mentally prepared for a juice fast right now but will be on board in April.

Just hiked through 4 feet of snow today to add to the compost bin,

Thanks for the insight and reminder of celery. Almost forgot to add it my list.

  • thanks Natasha!

  • Do you work from home? Shopping for food everyday. Must be nice.

  • does any food get wasted on this kind of diet? with everything being so fresh and not lasting long i think it wouldhappen alot

    please let me know!

  • No, I barely ever have to throw anything out-- after a while you just know what to buy, how much and how long it will last!! Buy what you'll eat & enjoy!!

  • whenever I think I have too much produce that may go bad before I can eat it (like before going out of town) I pull out the juicer and juice it all up.

  • @americascutie911

I personally rarely waste anything. If I happen to buy too many bananas or something for instances I'll dehyrdate them if need be. At the beginning I'll admit I wasted some, but after awhile you will figure out how much you will eat.

  • Can't wait until the juice fast begins!

  • Awesome!!!

  • I'm just going 100% raw so its good to share ideas on this.. ps you look so healthy and positive:)

  • you dont need to drive - i'm 25 and have no intention of getting my licence, i always find a way!

  • woah, i hope you get your bananas in!!!!

  • Great info and advice. I much prefer walking everywhere to driving but it isn't realistic for me right now unfortunately. You're lucky!

  • Although I do not practice raw or believe in it... I find your videos interesting and informative.

  • Thx for great advice and motivation!!

  • What a great video. It`s so good to see and compare our raw kitchen and habits with yours and see that they are very similar.

  • Just signed up for the Juice Fast, woohoo!

  • Fabulous!!!

  • wow, you always have almost all the same things I always have! I'm still learning my limits though

  • why is it good to soak/sprout/dehydrate?

i just buy nuts and eat them right away. is this wrong?

  • much easier to digest! Gets rid of enzyme inhibators

  • Having a car makes you fat and lazy. Walking everyday is very healthy for you. I seen healthy people get lazy for not getting enough exercise. They end up at the fast food restaurant eating fating food. Raw foods and exercise equals healthy life style. Driving a car and rushing equals laziness. Keep up the good work. Aloha

  • where do you get kefir seeds for your coconut water?

  • I was confused by your comment.. the "seeds" threw me off. You can get kefir grains from online sellers.. there are ebay vendors as well.
