@MrVr000m not really , the italians made nothing that looked like a mustang, more like british GT cars were sometimes more applicable to the mustangs design, in fact aside from the mustangs original speedster conceptual designs (look at the original mustang concepts) the car was molded after low sleek british GT's something not present in the US, Aston martin was so impressed they designed the Volante after the mustang. To this day the original mustand sole like no other car in history.

Yes the camaro was a faster car but it certainly was only faster in a straight line. and had the benefit of parts from its faster vette sibling. why should the car cost so much? sure the this car has tons of high quality parts and materials but the shape shouldnt cost anything new. guigiaro hit the nail with this concept, the mustang needs to be more sexier more exotic not more nascar. people forget the original mustang was (in its day) low , sleek, with a bit of euro flare. nothing like the land yahts on the road at the time. never the less thankfully we ford is getting it rite. listening to the people for once.
