  • CLINT EASTWOOD THE BEST 4EVER

    DANCE WITH THE DEVIL BB

  • ok...thats not all...any list of great westerns without Sam Peckinpah is a list made someone who doesnt know their way around the corral. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but thats just the honest truth. (also deserving consideration: All the Pretty Horses, True Grit (2010), Open Range, and though it wasnt billed as a western I believe No Country for Old Men more than fits the bill - thats just the more modern stuff.)

  • @Hubris73 its OUR list, not yours

  • The Wild Bunch...that is all...

  • Lol some people are idiots do they not know that this is your opinion not there's? Lol they should make there own damn vids instead

    Idiots...

  • What's that shitty american actor John Wayne doing on this list?

  • @ingelaaaaaa are you kidding me?, john wayne a shitty actor?. he is known for being one of the best actors ever. westerns would be NOTHING without him. you are clearly a troll, with the basic youtube layout and with no videos. go and grow up and stop trying to send negativity.

  • Quentin Tarantino said that "The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly" is the most well directed film of all time.

  • good bad and ugly is the best western.

  • Whats the name of the song 0:43 till the end of the video ?

  • what happened to the once upon a time in west?or fistfull of dollars

  • The one reason why i disliked and left the video was because: You didn't even have western related music. But you started with Octopus's Garden, which was awesome, then said "Just Kidding" and put on some crappy BB song. Sorry mate.

  • @TheRoyalBreton its all good man, no worries.

  • 0:45 to skip intro

  • Young guns?:D

  • This list is not valid sense it dont have all of clint eastwood western movies lol

  • * 1 -3

  • 1 -3

  • One movie you might check out if you haven't had a chance to watch it is Lonesome Dove....it is an epic movie no matter what genre you want to put it in....I'm not bein a jerk cause we all have our opinions just thought I would suggest watchin it

  • what about once upon a time in the west??

  • I don't mean to be one of those guys that complains about YOUR list however, I can only assume you haven't seen the movie "Tombstone." It's top 10 material on ANYONE'S list.

  • @TheManinacave i know what you mean, i love tombstone and i recently saw it and a new update to many of our lists is coming, so stay tuned for that.

thanks for the comment and thanks for not being a jerk about our video, its nice to see a a understanding comment then, hey you suck and what not.

    have a good one

  • hey dude, number 1 is THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE UGLY, the unforgiven is good but not that much, AND MAGNIFICENT 7 IN 8...pff u clearly dont know anything, starting by 3.10 to yuma and silverado, dude go see the alamo, cera una volta il west, silver dollar, and then u come and talk about western...that not to talk about the man with no name trilogy

  • fucking american music

  • some of these are good, but your missing some of the greats

  • O do not agree with you. You didnt even put once upon a time in the west in it. OMG!

  • I don't see Young guns...

  • @TheKriztian7 because it was shit

  • whats the name of the song in the very beginning ?

  • Bad as hell list, which indicates the limited knowledge of yours for this genre.Obviously you are too young and probably these are the only western films you've ever seen. So,you had to name this video "My top ten Westrn Movies as far as i have seen".But in the end, that's my opinion.

  • @SHADOWHEM calm down, its a list. its not a big deal.

why do people have to go up in arms over a list.

i understand its your opinion but its just OUR list.

  • @themovieguys101 Sorry if i offended you.But even though your top ten has good movies, still there are some classics you forgot or haven't seen.I'm looking forward for an updated list in the future.

  • The Movieguys are city slickers and tenderfoot dudes. The Searchers is Number ONE acording to Lucas and Spielberg not Number Seven The Movieguys can not judge Westerns because they know nothing about the Old West. Their selection is based on contemporary values. If they knew how imbarased they are they would delete their vodeo. Signed Bigmedicine

  • @bigmedicine1 umm no we wont delete are video, we put our list according to our opinion, and just because u say were wrong doesnt mean we are, you opinion and steven speilbergs opinion arent the only ones who matter everybody has there own taste so why dont you respect ours instead of trying to make us look bad when really your just being an ass when all we did was share our opinion so chill yourself bro.

  • Good list. I'm sorry but I can't stand the Assination of Jessie James. I've tried to watch that movie 3 times. I think that's about as boring as watching grass grow.

  • The Good The Bad and the Ugly is by far the best.

  • Does anyone know what that western movie is called, he makes body armor, and dies at the end..lol all i can think of

  • @LolWoWisntcool Ned Kelly Australian hero

  • Gay ass fucking music.

  • ok list

    gay ass music though

  • i think The good the bad and the ugly is the best western easy

  • I think Tombstone should be in that list!!

  • Sorry guys, but you got the wrong Magnificent Seven up on the screen ...... you have got the later (much later)TV series ..........shame on you !!

  • What about Tombstone? Best western ever

  • Gay song

  • where's charro? lol.

  • 1. The assasination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford

    2. Tombstone

    3. Open Range

    4. Unforgivin

    5. The Wild Bunch

    6. Young guns

    7. The propostion

    8. The god the bad and the ugly

    9. High plains drifter

    10. The quick and the dead

  • -Best western ever made=Once upon a time in the west

    -A masterpiece

  • alls i have to say is Clint Eastwood and johnwayne

  • Comment removed

  • yeS! music from best western of ALL TIME! NUFF RESPECT =) THE GOOD THE BAD N THE UGLY WOOOOOOOOOO

  • yeS! music from best western of ALL TIME! NUFF RESPECT =)

  • the wild bunch, dude how can it be not on the top ten, william holdens finest

  • Bad List, Top western is "Once apon a time in the West"! Best final scene ever.

  • @plusbabs I second that.

  • no three amigos? jk, jk

  • @ramir011 What do u mean just kidding that is the best westen out there

  • bad taste in music and movies..... shit

  • Very ridiculos, No "The man who shot Liberty Valance", "Rio Bravo", "Shane", "High Noon" , " The Wild Bunch", "Once upon a time in the west", etc. but "Silverado", The assination of Jesse James.....", and "3:10 to Yuma"? Sorry kids, go home.

  • @1860Christian The original 3:10 to Yuma with Glen Ford and Van Heflin could make the list, but not the remake. Just like the original "Cape Fear" with Robert Mitchum as the heavy was great, but the remake with De Niro was just terrible.

  • the good the bad and the ugly should be num.1 because of the sence were the mexican guy beats that fat guys brains out with a rock

  • unforgiven sucked

  • @SteezeWizard99 Your mother sucked you Wanker. One of the beste Westen movies ever

  • @1860Christian sucked my wanker? what are you some british deuche with fucked up teeth

  • 1 and 2 should be switched

  • wildcats189: I'm not here to insult your intelligence, to each his own. Personally, I don't like John Wayne, never did. Too much of a boyscout. Sorry.

  • Where the hell is tombstone and Wyatt Earp? Also, where is Young Guns?! You guys missed some of tghe best westerns !!!

  • You see in this world there's two kinds of people, my friend. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig.

  • Interesting list.

Obviously too much emphasis on more recent films. I can't disagree more with Butch Cassidy and Silverado. No way they are top 10 material.

  • you forgot back to the future 3 :P

  • blazing saddles should have been on here

  • @Zooroonies You're soooo right. Blazing Saddles was hilarious! I have it in my collection of favorites. Mel Brooks is one crazy guy. What an imagination! Another one in my collection is a comedy called "The History of the World. Soooo funny.

  • WOw my no1 is unforgiven too. 2nd will Buth cassidy and Sandance Kid. Third Tombstone.

  • I am 70yrs. old so needless to say, I have seen just about every shit kicker ever shown. To me, most of them are just horse shit and gunsmoke. Corny, very corny. Good example, I don't care for John Wayne, too damned corny. There is one movie though, that I will always remember as the best western I have ever seen. If you can find it, watch, Gregory Peck in "THE STALKING MOON." Make sure that when you see this movie that it has your undivided attention, no interruptions.

  • @buddybleau hmmm i will be sure to check that film out, thanks for the suggestion :D

  • @buddybleau sorry but im a huge john wayne fan and i thought the stalking moon was a slow movie

  • @buddybleau Another rather good western that is often overlooked is, "Blood on the Moon", made in 1948, with Robert Mitchum, Barbara Bel Geddes, Robert Preston and Walter Preston. A taut, well acted film that I view as a Western Film Noir.

"The Westener", 1940 should make any Top 10. Walter Brennan received an Academy Award as Judge Roy Bean, opposite an outstanding Gary Cooper.

  • @buddybleau Hell yeah Gregory Peck done some good one in his time

  • People's " top ten" lists are a joke, as are things like the Academy Awards. Three points: 1. You apparently haven't seen many westerns, 2. "Unforgiven" was an anti-Western, not a Western, and 3. Why do the males in modern pop music all sound like they're whining?

  • @billdedrick im preety sure your wrong, everyone has a right to express there opinion hints freedom of speech you fucking moron, if your gonna be a dick dont comment us and if you do again we will report you so have a nice day.

  • @billdedrick LOL at the idea of "Unforgiven" not being a western!

  • @larma7 right?

  • @billdedrick

LOL dude are you fucking retarded?

    Unforgiven IS a western

and id say this guy had a pretty good list except for one or two that werent so great but so what?

and that the fuck does modern pop music have to do with this?

  • @billdedrick cause pop music is shit and is made for ppl with bad taste

  • what the fuck's up with the song from 1:00. not very western

  • Wild Bunch, Unforgiven, Good the Bad The Ugly, For A Few Dollars More, Fist Full Of Dollars, Hange Em High, the magnificent seven

  • TOMBSTONE.

  • great list except u missed some spagetti westerns. i havn't seen the unforgiven but sounds kickass!!!

  • awesome list!

  • how in the hell can you put 310 to yuma ahead of the searchers. your an idiot.

  • @fordcowboy08 theres no reason to be an asshole were not idiots its called an opinion everyone has one and if u think ur the only one who can have one and bash others than u sir are truly the idiot

  • @themovieguys101 ill tell him straight for u. hey fordcowboy08, ur an ignorant and arrogant prick. go hang yourself.

  • @TheJeffum lol thanks for stickin up for us :)

  • no tombstone? no young guns? WHY!! WHY DAMN YOU!!!

  • @wolfmoon2682 chill dude it is our list we no its not for everyone and we respect that so dont cuz at us and respect our opinion

  • @wolfmoon2682 Tombstone? Young Guns? How young are you? Those movies suck compared to these classics.

  • @Heidibear76 its our opinion get over yourself everyone has there own taste.

  • and back to the future III ?

"el topo " is a good western film too!!

  • one B in rob...come ON.

  • I like seeing unforgivin at the top. The ending in that movie made the whole movie.

  • what's the name of the song in the begining ? :)

  • sorry about being an ass and saying your list sucks, but since I am huge fan of westerns, I recommend you watch the works of john ford, howard hawks, sam peckinpah, clint eastwood, sergio leone, sergio corbucci and sergio sollima. I know it's your list, but any true western fan will notice it was made by someone with very limited knowledge of westerns, and therefore, will absolutely hate it.

  • @brugge2010 its all good man, and will do man thanks for the suggestions

  • this list sucks. either it was made by someone who is about 18 years, someone with horrible taste in movies, or someone who has only seen 15 or fewer westerns. truly horrible list

  • @brugge2010 hey man, its OUR list, you have your own opinion and so do we

  • I can't believe I just saw a top 10 westerns compilation that did not include 'Once Upon a Time in the West'. Absolute travesty.

  • your opinion dude. we respect urs so respect ours

  • i know its amade 4 tv miniseries but lonesome dove is 1 of the best movies ive ever seen

  • niiiice...id switch 1 and 2...and up the searchers...and assassination of jessie james...glad to see that you were secure enough to put 3:10 to yuma up there, cause its amazing and is a legit western thats better than the original...so good job

  • does anyone remember, this movie came out 2 yrs ago or maybe morehis actor's line goes like this "theres oil underneeth we need to get there " something like that i am sure its all got to do with oil does anyone remem?

  • you talkin about there will be blood? maybe??

  • @themovieguys101

yaaaaaa thats the one thanksssssss matee

  • I'm not a fan of Western movies but I love the movie Shanghai Noon though it's a mixture of action, martial arts, adventure, comedy and western movie.

  • 1 Shane

    2 The Searchers

    3 Northwest passage classic films

  • absolutely out of reality

  • Pretty humorous. You think movies made in the '80s and '90s are "classics"? Did history begin at your birth?

I like most of the choices but really, Red River, High Noon, Stage Coach, Shane are Classics.

What's really laughable is picking a remake of The Magnificent Seven over Steve McQueen and Yul Brenner.

  • i dont care what decade there from they dont have to be really old to be classic. and i find it and hold on let me be smug like you were and put "Classic" in quotations like you did. classics are movies that are really good in my opinion. not what time frame they come from. and half these films are from the 60's and 70's. so what if i have newer films in here. its our opinion so bitching about it is pointless. if you have an opinion make ur own fuckin list rather than bitch to us.

  • Really good is not the same as classic. Get a dictionary.

    As for a list...

I'd go for Clashwho's a dozen entries back. It's pretty hard to keep it at 10.

  • see its asses like you that make people not wanna express there opinion because u talk down to them. i dont give a shit what the "literal" term for classic is. like i said its what i see classic as. so please quit messaging us.

  • There's a reason a 60 year old man is calling you out over a well thought out film list.

The textbook definition for the word Classic means something that is a perfect example of a particular style, something of lasting worth or with a timeless quality. He has that confused with classical.

Not only were you right but the guy coming after you is ignorant on top of rude.

  • The 80's was 30 years ago. Westerns from the 80's-90's era air on classic channels now. More than half of these films predate his existence.

What's humorous is him actually picking old films and having some curmudgeonly old guy with major failures in logical deduction try to call him out because he's resentful about the change within the film industry and without.

A boy about a third of your age acts decades wiser. And more mature.

  • Unforgiven definately te best! Good Choice!

  • liked the two last ones but dam this list sucked, it had like none of the classics

  • none of the classics? ummmmm Butch Casidy And The Sundance Kid???.....Silverado???....The Shootist??..The Magnificent Seven??? Do I Need Go On? lol but its our opinion man

  • @themovieguys101 yea mabey but still like the prevez guy says: you havent even got once upon a time in the west

  • @fucktheblackkids hey it is OUR list not yours

so its no big deal if we dont have that in this list. its our favorite western movies not yours.

  • "once upon a time in the west" ??????? maybe the best

  • formatia*
