I think i heard the correct story about the mystery(its not mine i heard it but i dont know from who.)
So
Dr max(guy from the radio) had a child
And the child had a toy box
When dr max was locked up by richtoffen dr max hide samantha(the child) in the toy box with a teddy bear(the teddy al of us hate) and maybe max told her that they where playing hide & seek
dr max got killed by fluffy(a dog that turned into a hound and samantha died in the box
se never left the myst nor the teddy.

"Der Riese" in German means "The Giant". Don't they say that "The Giant must remain a secret at all costs" somewhere in the first message? In the map "Der Riese", there is a sign in the mainframe room that says "Waffenfabrik Der Riese", which means "The Giant Weapons Factory". This is obviously where the Wunderwaffe (Magic Bullet) was being developed.
