on their computers and have noticed the pc's contain personal information of matchworks clients such as resume's and cover letters. Is this a breach of PRIVACY?

if life on the dole is 2 hard how about getting a job? i understand centrelink makes mistakes, but thats nothing compared to how many people lie and cheat when they deal with centrelink. people always try and take the high ground with centrelink. it astounds me that the people who demand the most are the people that contribute the least 2 society. well, if it is everyones "right" to get paid, then we extrapolate that along and assume everyone takes up that "right", then who'll be there to pay the taxes to pay the welfare?
welfare is a fairly recent (in terms of years) and limited (in international terms) construct that is provided as a form of structured charity enforced by law... the fact it is legally claimable based on a set of current rules doesn't make it a "right"...
It's a right to those who are eligible to claim it (ie. those who have no substantial income/assets). This does not make it any less of a right to the collective community as a whole.
Semantics aside, you are obviously harbouring some sort of issue about welfare and those claiming it. Why?
SNAP.. so fucking true, all they do is try to scam you and take money OFF you... they overpaid my mum $1400, she told them it wasnt hers SIX TIMES, they told her months it was, a week after she bought a new washing machina and dryer with it they ring her and say shes in debt to them.. five years it took to pay them back... cunts
c/link cancelled my payments for no reason. I've spent over a week, contacting them everyday, only to still be waiting on them to contact me regarding the matter. I met every requiremnet asked of me, but they still somehow made a mistake and it has cost me, i can't pay rent, eat or do anything and i spend all my time chasing my payment i didn't receive instead of looking for work. i've spent hours on hold at a time to c/link deps and don't even get through.
if i worked at centrelink i would be trying to organise a mass one day a week strike across the country, hopefully to bring this c/link crap into the spotlight with the media and get some changes mae to this inadequate system. c/link workers should stop defending such a shit system and see that they are in a better position than most to raise the alert, that will help see this fixed
