the ghost walking across the street is not real, is a dirt in the glass, they are many dots in the glass and it go in the same distance and had the same movement, the only thing that the cameraman do is slide the camera or cellular from the center of the car cabin to the left car door, and that aparent that the dirt move.

The human mind is constantly working to put together images to make something recognizable. so when you see something as random as a plume of smoke, odds are, you will see a face. it's why people like to look at clouds. And the 'ghost walking across the street' was a smudge on the windshield. Watch the clip again and tell me I'm wrong.

@zombiesonacid There is an original clip. The clip is about contractors renovating/painting a house and they came across a girl in a corner of that particular room. One of them decided to film it, as you can tell by his screaming, I don't think he volunteered for the filming of it! LOL!!! The footage is dark and grainy, however, you can clearly see an image in the in the corner in the very last frame.
