Yes Blu CitySpaces is in the city. Good thing about that 7-eleven is that the city police patrol it almost non-stop since it is open 24 hours a day. That actually makes that area more secure than most places in the city. I have a friend who have lived in the building over the past year and has never had a problem - he loves it. There is a security officer on staff who will escort residents to and from their cars if needed.
I have gone to Blu CitySpaces and I must say, it is not all it seems. Parking is behind 7-eleven. There are so many difficult people who hang around the building. I have a friend who lives next to the building and there was recently 3 stabbings across the street and a few months back there was a homeless woman who was raped and murdered. There's a church behind the building, which feeds the homeless.
