This makes sense. I am 7 months into Avonex and the side effects have been worst the last few months which makes sense as we have entered the colder weather and my house is pretty cold. I will try this now and hope it works. Thanks!!
I am glad to hear that it was better for you. Doing this does seem to make the side effects much less severe for me. I only wish that I knew about this int the beginning instead of finding out over ten years later. The warmer that I keep myself by bundling up also helps, especially in winter.
iv injected myself for the second time now; and indeed you can feel the flued streaming (till my back, maybe a nerve)) it was to cold; stupid that i did't do it like you told us and how it is written in the text, ik will try it next week like you said, thnx and take care!
I do feel much better after letting the injection warm up first. This week the syringe felt cold when I first held it in my hand. I let it warm up for about 8 minutes before injecting. It is getting colder out, but I do not feel the fever and chills too much. I feel just a slight headache. Good luck to you, Bill
I have tried this the last 2 weeks. There is a huge improvement on side effects. Thank you!
