You can turn this into a good recording with +10 dB at 64Hz, +6dB at 160Hz, 0dB at 400 Hz , -8dB at 1KHz, 0dB at 2.5KHz, 5dB at 6.3 KHz and, -4 at 156 KHz. I did this with a 7 band eq. Without making these changes in the audio its full of highs and no lows but by making these changes its almost recording studio quality. Mind you Im still only using a crappy Marantz stereo to make these changes. But by making these changes it really sounds pretty good.
