There are many tutorials on how to heat gun an xbox with an rrod on youtube. Tried the method myself 3 times, but still same rrod. I gave up and got an xbox slim. Lemme kno if u fix it. I'll probably try fixing it again, but this time ill abuse it to the max with the heat gun, since it already doesn't seem to want to work =p
Dude listen that's a sick xbox I like it and how did u get the DVD drive out like that? But u have another one and it looks like u have a old 360 I just get a slim that's what I did
@roadkill988 o well I had a old xbox that had no hdmi it is terrible with out the hdmi but I think they use to sell a av cable that had a switch on the side for hd TVs and standard ones

@olias89 I kind of half assed it though. I didn't thoroughly wipe off the old thermal paste on the bottom of the heatsinks.

@MichaelJimenez10 The white one underneath it is the Xbox that I use, it works fine. This blue one is just an extra I have.

@MichaelJimenez10 Me too. The previous owner spray painted it blue lol. I would use it for my other Xbox but it has no hole for the hdmi port
