I used this turn to win a match n upstate NY and when the man is on hid back its hard to fight out u sd it 2 other times and i got all 3 back points its a secure move if u need back points

a good wrestler will just push the half off, these moves are very interesting at the least, i havent had the time to try them out but i am bound to try them next practice, thanx for the demonstrations

because wrestling isnt just about pinning someone. ur not going to be able to pin good people. this move works when done right and when u can get some extra points like this it will help u beat good guys
