Explained as best as I can, when the Elements of Harmony defeated Nightmare Moon they left a small bit of their spirits inside Luna, so their subconciouses are all inside Luna's. Confused yet?

Okay. Here's the deal. I love this song. I love MLP FIM. But there isn't enough source footage of our dear Luna to squeeze out a proper video that's over five minutes. The concept works, don't get me wrong! But I see lots of choppy slows and repeated clips, etc etc etc. Cut the song at a reasonable length and this video could have the potential to shine. Keep it up, brony. Don't give up!

This excites me as I feel that Luna has a lot of potential to be an interesting character. I just hope they don't set her as another Princess Celestia.

It's somewhat fitting, but the use of slow-mo is awkward. You seem to have at least attempted lipsynching near the halfway point, which almost worked. Repeated scenes make it awkward.
Good song though. 6/10. Not terrible, but could be much better.
