Brad Armstrong fan way before the bad gimmicks. Great wrestler. Used to watch him and his old man on ccw back in the day, as well ad Steve and Scott. Lots of talent in that family.
Does anyone have a full video version of his entrance? I would love to see that! Poor Brad Armstrong... a terrific worker who constantly got stuck with the worst gimmicks. As an athlete Brad blows Road Dogg out of the water, it must have been tough mocking his brothers gimmick.
That's not Road Dogg, that's BRAD Armstrong, who wrestled for WCW the majority of his career as a jobber, besides having a pretty successful NWA tenure.
I remember when I first saw this, I was still watching WCW exclusively but began watching WWF around the tail end of the Stephanie/Test marriage angle (Fall 1999). I heard the NAO's theme song on RAW and was BLOWN AWAY by how both this and the Outlaw's themes sounded so similar, yet never realizing the connection, much less that Brad Armstrong was B.G "Road Dogg" Armstrong's older brother. Short-lived but somewhat Hugh Morrus gimmick. XD
Haha, I remember this. Instead of "Oh, you didn't know?" when he came out, he used to say "Are you feeling low?!" Then something about love making you high.
@EricV1 This was just a jobber gimmick. WWE were taking shots @ WCW way before this. ECW based segments and stables on ripping off popular WCW/WWE ideas.

Sounds just like his brother Road Dogg!

One of the main reasons this failed was because very few fans knew that Brad Armstrong was the Road Dogg's brother.

another sad way to compete with WWE..ripping off his brother's gimmick and using it as their own. No wonder they went in the toilet.

@EricV1
This was Russo's idea. Russo was the guy who created the Road Dogg.
