The helicopter doesn't spawn sometimes when you have someone in the car with you or someone follows you there.It spawns every time though when you drive there by yourself.
I need a GOOD player to help me get this (preferably with a headset too). I nearly got it both times I tried, only reason we failed was because of idiots using cars and not getting in chopper etc. I already have this trophy on PS3 but need it on Xbox. My gamertag is Kanman66. Oh and I like to fly the heli btw
@GustavaoCJBR We finally managed to get it, but even with parked vehicles it wouldn't spawn nearly 10 games in a row. When it finally DID start spawning, it took roughly...4 to 5 tries until we got it right and beat it in record time =)

Fly the coop is one of my favourite achievements of all time. Its quite challenging and fun at the same time. I got a real sense of satisfaction after getting this.
I actually got Deal Breaker with 3 other people. Was loads of fun!
Easiest way is to do it with 3 people.... have 2 people fly the chopper to the refinery and the other 1 drives... the 2 kill the enemies and gather the drugs from top to bottom, while the other works bottom to top. Before you kill the last guy/get the last kilo, have 1 player kill himself so he's dead and he will spectate.... this will give the other 2 the boat spawn and you should have plenty of time to finish...
@IAMRECOVERY Oh, that'll be a problem, i'm on Xbox Live, Also, here are some tips, Only do it with 2 people, land it on top, but have someone jump out to the bottom, then you go on top, then have that person kill all but 1 person, then jump off and kill himself, then he will respawn with you, work your way up together, until its time to get back in your helicopter, thenif its a boat you need to destroy, hope your friend has good accuracy, if its a van, land in front of it and kill the guys.
for bomb da boat or what eva its called, you need 2 people.
get the helecopter and the guy that aint driving gets droped off and does the glitch and plants the bomb then jusp off the boat as soon as you done that while the other guys flys to the top of the boat plants the other bomb then jumps off also..
I'm sure it was mentioned a hundred times already, but when you set up the game from your phone, set private spaces to max so that no one else can join your game. Then add your friend in the set up menu
It's less annoying to other players and saves you time from having to kick them all the time

only do it with 2 people guys and keep trying as you see after he finished all the guys off there was only a boat that because of less people and land the heli on the top drop your guy off and fly to botttom and work your way up then hopefully u get the boat and just the boat at the end

I just made it in 6.40 with this tactic : same carroute ,pilot dropped me on ground in the leftdown corner in screen 2;44 in video ,the parking lot,he landed on top and walked killing downwards and i killed the groundenemies and walked upwards fullfloorcoverage.then at the 3rd floor we met and got all packages he went up 4 heli and i down 2boat.he was so fast he got the boat before i did and flew us back.Thanx 2 asahi who flew.

Most of time someone who is level 10 is only online to goof off, they have their money now they are just playing for fun. Unless they are a friend it is not likely they are concerned with helping you.

@Jeurra yeh man i've spent all day trying to get deal breaker. But i always get crap allies that keep dying on me. really would like this achievement. Sigh its all about teamwork, something which is hard to get these days with the almost dead GTA IV multiplayer

Most of time someone who is level 10 is only online to goof off, they have their money now they are just playing for fun. Unless they are a friend it is not likely they are concerned with helping you.

i can help peeps out 2 get this achievement i already done it. ill help you if ur pretty decent player i can be the designated driver for heliz,cars,bikes, ect. it be better 2 communicate thru blue-tooth but that fine ill just MSG u what is needed.

@Jeurra yeh man i've spent all day trying to get deal breaker. But i always get crap allies that keep dying on me. really would like this achievement. Sigh its all about teamwork, something which is hard to get these days with the almost dead GTA IV multiplayer

fuck man... my friends suck at this game so i am forced to play with randoms...
