just might have to start a chapter here in Somerset PA, sorta new to area, but grillin is an all year affair, ppl, just don't get. LOL, I grill at 10 degrees, and they say your nuts! I'm from Australia and it took me a while but I learnt how to smoke brisket on my kettle charcoal bbq and after lots of trial and error I have it down good and everyone who eats my brisket keeps coming back for more! You guys are great and from one bbq pit brother to another have a safe and happy new year and keep on bbq'ing!

Here in Brazil the barbecue is different. The traditional Brazilian BBQ is seasoned only with salt thick, and nothing else. Try it, you'll like. The smell is good, very good. Since I discovered BBQPitBoys, I always followed the recipes you even have made​a few and all were greatly appreciated by my family. Soon I will send a photo. It would be great if I were an apron BBQPitBoys. \o/
