Im almost 100% sure that the clip from nuclear bomb is in Resident Evil Apocalypse, where they bombed Raccoon City. Just recently watched it.
Some of the nuclear explosion scenes are from the same movie.

@tatacalu I think some of those nuclear blast scenes and that nuclear fission scene is from Resident Evil 2: Apocalypse if Im not wrong. They bombed the Raccoon city there.
