Make sure you ONLY use Extended- release Tablets for Fibromyalgia every fibro must follow the Hg diet its a god send it eases fibro pain so much and it cured my headaches that i had for 20 years now

*VERY IMPORTANT* Make sure that you use the Mucinex Long Acting WITHOUT the DM. You want to get the straight Guaifenesin and take 300mg x2 daily. Cut the pill in half. Make sure that you are SALICYLATE-FREE and you do the HG DIET if you need it.
