Actually, I could be wrong, but I believe the name of this is song is "Jangle Bells". Not "Jungle Bells". I've seen this name everywhere else, and according to the official Soundtrack release, I think it goes by "Jangle Bells". I also have a .SPC (SNES music file) rip of this game that I've converted to MP3 format, same thing.
But "Jungle Bells" makes more sense. Since Dixie and Kiddy are monkeys. And monkeys live in a - you know where. =P
