This was when wcw was rippin wwe backs loose in the ratings! I was so on board for WCW and nitro. Almost like watching old home movies of a dead relative. I love that I can re-live these moments on youtube.

Yeah. The factions reunited early in 1999, and then later when the NWO broke up they had some very entertaining segments. Those two had such great charisma together. It's a shame Hall couldn't fight his demons back, or else he might have been really big. Nash was always entertaining.

the birth of the Wolfpac, but the end of the nWo that gave WCW all the ratings for nearly 2 years straight-the split created interest-the nWo should just be one faction against WCW not (2) nWo's ..but i'll give the wolfpac props-it was fresh as shit with Macho Man, Nash, Konnan, Luger and Sting-but it didn't last long :(

@charismatic9904 NITRO didn't start losing to RAW until early 1999 (Fingerpoke of Doom). WCW was still winning by a mile here.

@Neoquaker111 Yeah...but if you notice...it was said that this was the first time that wcw lost in the ratings...it was the end of DOMINANCE...not the end of wcw winning...in other words, they won for two straight years...lost this night...and maybe next monday or next wcw won...and they battled back and forth until wcw started sucking...(pretty much when the macho man was out of a while...greatest wrestler ever)
