Almost everytime I lay down to sleep no matter what time it is between 1030pm to 1am hear a thunping sound occur from the wall within 5 to 10 minutes of me laying down in the bed. I have things like that happen to me but not as much as they used to. The point of the harassment and shocks is to drive you crazy. I talked to a Dr. and she gave me a medicine that fights that. Just wanted to support marsboy683 regarding not wasting your finance's. First of all being under 24/7 they are aware of attempt's to document and can easily give a false reading. Even if found and disabled such as in my own case within 20 minute's {that was in 1994, so I am sure less time now} phone line was tapped again from outside my home on telephone pole. Also, wasted thousand's of dollar's on pi's who confirmed however to afraid to support. SAVE YOUR MONEY

There are overlapping levels of technology and the short answer is nothing will stop their monitoring activities. Please do not spend thousands of dollars attempting to detect or block them, they wish to drain the targets of their financial resources as a primary tactic. small inexpensive detection devices are your best bet.
