Since this is directed by Sebald, and if I am not mistaken it sounds as if bells are in the beginning of this tape, is it in the Sebald Code? Did anyone try to decode it?
watch all the videos in order (12 books in 120 seconds, snicket emergency, and scream and run away) and look for a triangle with letters. The first triangle in 12 b in 120 s says T C B in snicket emergency the triangle says W AL EAT and in THIS video, scream and run away at 0:31 the triangle says O LED RICE when put together they all spell "TWO CALLED BEATRICE"
Ok I get this in the last book Kit Snickets baby was named beatrice and so was the baudelaires mother so it basically means two people called Beatrice.
@ohioasp OH! now i get it! Cos Kit's baby is called Beatrice and there are two Beatrices! I thought it meant like "called", as in phonecall. Thanks, I get it now :)
@elohel9dalton I was about to find that out, thank you very much! xDDD I suppose I should participate in ruining the fun - the one in Scream and Run Away is at 0:30 and the one in 120 Seconds is at 1:12.
VFD = Volunteer Fire Department. I am sorry to say that beatrice isn't the mother of the Baudelaires. She was a dear friend and part of VFD along with the Baudelaire parents. But I can be certain that the Baudelaire mother is in fact still alive. She escaped through the secret passageway under the rug in the main room of the Baudelaire mansion.
@BalletSwan1 Beatrice WAS the mother of the Baudelaires. It was confirmed in Book 13.Kit Snicket told VIolet,Klaus and Sunny to name her daughter after their mother.Kit Snicket's daughter was named Beatrice.
Let me get this straight. Beatrice is the mother!! She died in the fire and so as the baudelaires parents. Suspicious much! It says straight from wikipedia,
Family Violet, Klaus, Sunny and Bertrand Baudelaire
Beatrice is both the Baudelaire's mother, Kit Snicket's baby, and the name of the boat the Baudelaires leave the Island on (I think). So if the message says "Beatrice sank", it's probably referring to the last one, i.e. the Baudelaire's boat has sunk.
Two called Beatrice? Is THAT what those stupid triangles meant? I was searching the whole darn book for some sort of triangle symbol! Drat drat drat... ^_^
There are two beatrices! Kit Snicket had a baby! Then she died from the medusoid mycelinum (if thats how you spell it) and leaving the beauldalaires on a island by themsleves naming kits baby Beatice! And didnt lemony snicket (in the book or something) have a wife that died in a fire? I dunno!
Beatrice never married Lemony Snicket, but married Bertland Baudelarie, also it is confusing, cause in one of his books he mentions in a part that it seemed Beatrice died there but he stopped writing, what could of happened????
I just dunno if I"m right I'm just sure that's their father's name if you find it somewhere else I"m sorry I was wrong from my other guess. Have a good life. :)
@fishfinga4 Bertrand. Bertrand was the Baudelaires' father, and his wife was Beatrice, the mother. Beatrice was supposed to marry Lemony, but she married Bertrand instead and no one knows why, not even Lemony, which was why he was depressed. He became even more depressed when Beatrice and Bertrand died, and so he wrote A Series of Unfortunate Events and dedicated all the books to Beatrice.
i have all the books too!! including "The Beatrice Letters" and "The Unauthorized Autobiography" and the audiobooks too!..lol. i made that i friend of mine read the books, all of them!!, so she became a fan as well. I really wish a second movie, but i think that will never happen! :( anyway, for me with the books is enough!
omgish, you pplz are right? if you watch "scream and run away" too, the pic with the triangle and letters on that and this video spell TWO CALLED BEATRICE. so then theres 2 betrice's..whoa... man i really need to finish the 13th book, so then i can get going on the beatrice letters....man this is wierd. did all of this really happen??coz id think so..my friend says its like based on leomny snickets life n stuff, so yeah..fdjsklf;jdks;a CREEPY!!
lol. lemony snicket is not a real person he's a fictional character/narator/pseudonym made up by the real author, daniel handler, to tell the story of the baudelaire orphans. the events are completely fictional.
I discovered it when i first watched the 3 videos, TWO CALLED BEATRICE means that there are two women named BB or Beatrice Baudelaire, the first one it´s the Baud´s mom and the other is the Baud´s daughter, i won´t spoil you everything you have to read the 13th book, and Lemony Snicket wasn´t in love with the Baud´s daughter, he was in love with their mother.
"TWO CALLED BEATRICE": In the Beatrice Letters, "Beatrice" undersign with Beatrice Baudelaire. I think, there's the mother of the Baudelaire orphans and there's a woman that Lemony Snicket is loving (she's dead). Both are called Beatrice. That's my theory.
This video is creepy!,,hehe..but i like it, and if you compare this one from "12 books in 120 seconds video" you'll see that in both videos there is a triangle.. i think is a coded message, what do you think?

@XOAshMileyXO @DiavolloAkuma
i decoded it! but the message doesnt really make sense:
"Little explains Snicket day this for heaven"... thats the message when you use the word after the tenth word.
if i were to decode it by using the tenth word, itd be this:
"Meet what Lemony each hope but me"
still doesnt make sense... :\

@Catapillar978 If you watch all of these videos, there is a triangle in each. The letters under them, collectively, spell "Two Called Beatrice"
