How to set up the FMC in the Bombardier CRJ 200 for FSX (CYYZ to CYOW)

although i've had this aircraft by Wilco now for about 4 or 5 years, know how to use the FMS, moved on, and mastered the FMS in the Wilco Citation X, which is Ten Times more detailed and difficult, i find myself here, out of curiosity, and saw what appeared to be a fairly "good Looking" Thumbnail for this topic. clicking and waiting for what i figured would be a nice, "Voice Instructed" Vid was however, a huge disappointment. what can anyone learn from this "Silent" crap. Epic Fail Bro.

Hi where I can find Airac for this aircraft because I installed AIRAC 1008 WILCO and it dosn't work for this aircraft :)
