@Ashtoniv Start on the basics and learn more about body language, the limbic system, the CNS (central nervous system,) and build up into more complex areas of deception and recognition. There is great book about this subject that will help you to master the basics. The name of the book is "What every body is saying" by Joe Navarro. If you would like to read it online send me a message on my page and i'll be glad to send it to you. I recomend you to buy the book since you can have it at all times

Paul Ekman. i have both METT en SETT, but i don't think it is very challenging. i got the first time (without any practice) a 93% at mett and a 98% at sett. this was with the speed at it's fastest.

@akuryo66 DAEMON Tools is for mounting disc images created with DAEMON Tools with copy protection emulated( what DT excels at). It's not really for burning to CD, except to preserve the copy protection.
