This made me cry. I have handicapped birds and it wasn't until I watched this video that I realized how much I truly love them and want them to have happy lives. Muriel is flying high now and she may have had a short life, but it was a wonderful life full of love because of YOU.

My special needs boy, Georgie passed away on the 9th. He had a rough rough lif too. At least the remainder of his years were happy ones, just like your Muriel. Never forget.
The only thing I hate about pets is that you get so attached to them and then they die. It was touching to see the young cockatiel struggling to get by despite what I presume was a birth defect, and it was lovely to see you caring for it and giving it attention. Thank you for preserving a record of this cute creature's brief existence.
