I had a judge here in muskegon michigan refuse CPS from checking on the welfare of my children, even with photographic evidence that they were forced to live in a home full of anamal feces & urine. This continued for 3 years, then, when my divorce was final and my ex moved out of the home I was left with over 60,000 in damages and nothing that the court awarded me. What ever happened to the bill of rights?

The state went after my youngest child, left me with my other two children, while they used the safe families act law in combination with the time law to state that they severed the bond leaving them no reason to return my youngest child. By law they are suppose to address the issue if a parent is unfit or not, in my case, they skipped right over that, and not one of our politicians care enough to release my daughter from the state's capture.
Attorney in Utah figured out the state collected $82,000.00 Per child that CPS kidnapped called DHR in Alabama
