  • I'am DROOLING, they look so good!

  • Yeah they did look good.. I think that NoirHammer has got a good point though on making sure to use the correct kind of Stevia..

  • You used the wrong type of stevia which explain why your cookies weren't as sweet as cane sugar. Use the NuNaturals brand NuStevia Pure White Stevia Extract Powder. 1/4 tsp. is equivalent to 1 cup of cane sugar. Also, this brand doesn't have that nasty bitter aftertaste so many other brands have.

A close second would be the KAL brand of stevia extract powder. This one comes with a tiny spoon.

Finally, when baking with stevia, you have to compensate for the lost of volume cane sugar provides.

  • Thanks for that bit of advice.. My Brother got me a different brand of stevia for Christmas in an Orange colored box that said no bitter aftertaste.. That might have been what you were talking about.. I'll have to check.. Thanks again..

  • the kids must have loved them mate! very colorfull :) Nice one 5*

  • Thanks.. The adults enjoyed them more and I was in shock that they did.. They didn't turn out too sweet but everyong seemed to love the texture of them..
